3.5. Modify Cells.

• Click  upsize button or  downsize button to  change driver capability of the cell.
• The following example shows upsize CLKINVX1 by clicking 'Upsize cell' button.

• CLKINVX1 becomes CLKINVX2.

• The following example shows downsize INVX4 by clicking 'Downsize' button.

• INVX4 becomes INVX3 shown as below.
