1.2. Read in design/Reload design.

• Design can be read in by command line (see usage)
• "gof -synlib sythesis.lib netlist.v"   --- Technology library is recommended instead of simulation library.
• "gof -v simulation.v netlist.v"    --- Limitation in some features, like extract logic cone.     
• Or use menu File->Read in design

• Fill in at lease 'Netlist files' and 'Leafcell library files' field. Click Load button.
• If there is any changes in netlist or library, you can click Menu File -> Reload design to reload design.
