2.17 Place and Route

Mouse-Right-Click on the schematic to pop up menu and select Place & Route command group. Or from menu Commands->Place & Route.
Place and Route group commands provide flexibility in creating schematics.
- "Auto Place & Route" command is to let GOF do placement and routing automatically.
- "Auto Place" is to place gates automatically only without routing.
- "Auto Route" is to route wire on current gates placement.
- "Reset Route" is to reset all wires to be straight connections.
The purpose of these commands is to give users more control on the schematics. Since users may have better understanding of the schematic which has gates placed by themselves.
For Example, GOF may give such schematic by "Auto Place & Route" command.

User may have better idea on the other placement format. Do "Reset Route" and use mouse-left-button to move the gates.
